I run Roll-A-Shield, an Arizona rolling-shutter manufacturer founded in 1979. I'm an owner-operator, not a Silicon Valley engineer, and in under a year I put real AI into production across the whole business.

For about three years after ChatGPT launched, AI disappointed me. It hallucinated, it made things up, and it did the work of a bad intern: entertaining, and useless to my business. Then one Christmas my brother, a tech founder, showed me what had just become possible: building real software by describing what you want. I was ready to write it off. He convinced me to try one more time.

It has been a revolution. I've fixed things my team struggled with for ten years in a couple of weeks. I've shipped dozens of tools that my staff and customers now use every single day, on the phone, the shop floor, and in the back office. More than 800,000 lines of code, all of it earning its keep in a real company.

What would have cost me $50,000 a year ago has cost about $200 a month.

Nobody is showing small-business owners the real examples. The AI voices with the biggest followings mostly don't run real businesses, so their best work is a demo. I do run one, and I have the scars and the wins to prove it. This site is that library: the actual systems, how they work, and how you'd build your own.

I believe every small manufacturer and home-services company can become the well-oiled machine its owner dreams about with these tools. My goal is simple: give you the shortcut I didn't have, and cut months off your learning curve.
